Being a voice and standing up for those who can’t speak for themselves is more than just a tagline; it’s who we are and what we do.

 Supporting Our Youth

Supporting Animal Welfare

Supporting Veterans

We want to change the rules to make life better for people.

Shift the rules and regulations around areas of difficulty ie. school protocols around bullying, cyber bullying, animal abuse laws etc. We plan to achieve these goals through a combination of advocacy, grant-making and programs.

A word from Haley & Pete

Throughout our years together, we have both felt a strong calling to give back to our community which inspired us to create The Alonso Foundation. What started as a tug on our hearts back in 2020, has blossomed into our lifetime vocation. Advocating for animal welfare, supporting underprivileged youth, and being of service to our veterans are just a few of our many areas of focus. Our goal is to continuously work to create lasting change and be the voice for the vulnerable. Thank you for your support.

- Haley & Pete Alonso

Pillars

Advocacy

We are planning to work with educators, legislators, and stakeholders at the state and local level.  We want to work to change the rules and drive policy changes that will:

-  Create stronger rules and protect youth against bullying of all sorts – cyber bullying etc.

Grantmaking

We partner with extraordinary organizations around the country to provide direct support in the areas we believe in most.

The Alonso Foundation grants are typically unrestricted to offer nonprofits the flexible funding needed most to scale their work in service of those that need it most.

Past grantees include North Shore Animal League, Tuesday’s Children, Heroes and Horses, Homes for Heroes, Direct Relief and more.
